Preparation
- Prepare your tray with your chosen growing medium (soil, coco coir, or hemp mat). Moisten evenly.

Sowing
- Spread 15-20g of seeds evenly across a 1020 tray.
- For a 1010 tray, use 8g. For a 5x5 tray, use 2g.

Germination
- Keep in blackout for 3-5 days.
- Seeds should germinate within 24-36 hours.

Growing
- Move to light after germination. Provide 6-8 hours of direct light daily.
- Water from the bottom to avoid wetting leaves.

Harvest
- Harvest in 8-12 days when stems are 1.5-2 inches tall.
- Cut just above the soil line with clean scissors.
